IT recruitment ! ! A barrier for development ? ?

Today is a world of Generation next. In India there has been a rapid hike in the employment. Especially in the field of IT. This lead to the campus recruitment. The days where Degree holders search jobs with their certificates in hand are extinct and this process is carried out by all companies right from MNC’s to non-MNC. Taking this point into consideration, let us think about the Post Graduation degrees , which are left untouched due to the huge packages offered by the companies. This lies as a great barrier for higher education in India. Not only the higher education, also the graduation count and the students count who are opting for MBBS or other Medical field has deteriorated. This point is let unnoticed by the Indian government as in future this may lead to a great problem if there is going to be only a meager graduates getting out of the Medical colleges. Also the business in India will slide down, if there are going to be entrepreneurs less in number. Youth in India has to think about this fact and act soon to make the Dream 2020 of India come true. This is the only way we could ever salute our former President Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.
