I semester war is over.... getting troops prepared for IIsemester war

I've previously mentioned about the war that is going on. The Anna University semester practicals. We have emerged victorious in both the I half and II half of the war. I got the output in both the practicals examination and we've got the output verified from the internal examiner. Though the viva session was tough as the questions were directly aimed at us by the external examiner, we survived those sharp arrows. Now we have started to prepare for the Theory examination and we hope that all emerge victorious again, so that we could be really very happy after this semester.

Survived the first war !

Wondering what I mentioned as war? Every Engineering student in Tamil nAdu knows a war means the semester examination. Yes! Today we had our Anna University semester Practical Examination on Internet Programming. Thanks to Jagan Sir. Though I got my record attested by our Head Of the Department only few seconds before entering into the warfield(examination hall) I managed to select the only question which I was never prepared for and but my good luck God elped me to get the program and to get it executed only few minutes before the finishing time as I was working on the wrong version of Java jdk. But I got the program executed perfectly and got the output verified from our very own P.K.P sir. We emerged victorious today... Good luck for tomorrows war.

Finally... Model exams are over.

Finally.... model exams for this semester has come to an end. Though I don't bother about what the outcome of this model exams would be. Because I wasted 6*3 hrs sitting simply writing nothing. Also the travelling hours. I'm was fed up with this model exam. Now it's time to prepare for the real battle. Semester exams. It starts with praacticals on 31st of this month. I've no idea what is to be done. Just gotta read everything.... How cruel it is. Just 3 days in between to prepare. Any how things always go like this. Hope all of you are preparin for exams. Model Exams? What do I do at the examination hall?

Students are really fed up with the word'examination'. I myself don't write testa and exams. Eventhough it is Unit test, I don't read for the exams. The portion is small like one or one and a half units. But I hate to study them. Coming to model exams,they are really a waste of time. Instead you can give the students the question paper and ask them to prepare at home. Interested students will surely study with those materials. That too model exams without study holidays in between is a criminalo waste of time for students. Students reach home by 2.30 or 3.00 p.m. Then what is the point in ci=olleges having half a day? I wasted nearly 6 hours in the examination hall doing nothing. Not only me. There are lots of students who have the same opinion as I do.Waste of time and energy. The travelling time, the whole day is being spent without doing anything. So I think that Tamil Nadu Engineering colleges should take this matter into consideration and use model exams to students effect.
